missed penalty and expulsion, Théo Hernandez’s evening in hell with Milan

Théo Hernandez was one of the major players in the match which saw Fiorentina win against AC Milan (2-1) at the end of the 7th day of Serie A.

End of the enchanted parenthesis in Serie A for AC Milan who lost on the field of Fiorentina (2-1) after a more than eventful match. The Rossoneri fell on a great David de Gea, who stopped two Milan penalties, one taken by Théo Hernandez (45th + 1′) and the second by Tammy Abraham (56th). Moie Kean also missed his attempt at the start of the match (23rd), which saw Mike Maignan intervene against his shot.

The French were able to be in the spotlight in this meeting with the opening score scored by Yacine Adli (35th), who is on loan to the Viola from… AC Milan. Later in the match, Théo Hernandez will make up for his saved penalty and will make an offering for Christian Pulisic, scorer for the fifth time in six matches since the break.

A tense end to the meeting and an expulsion

The emotional lift is not over for Théo Hernandez who will see his evening opponents come back in front thanks to a goal from their new recruit Gudmunsson (73rd). AC Milan ended their run of three consecutive league victories and also saw their captain receive a red card after the final whistle.

An evening which turns sour for the Lombardy club which in the event of victory would have been tied with its rival Inter but which will spend the break in 6th place in the Italian championship.
