“I want to do decathlon for a long time to come”

INTERVIEW – More than a month after the end of the Games in , the Frenchman spoke to Le Figaro about this dream that escaped him due to injury. Without the slightest regret, and with his eyes turned towards the future.

Since announcing his withdrawal from Paris 2024 due to an injury sustained during the Paris Meeting in Charléty on July 7, Kevin Mayer had kept a low profile.
