What are your new challenges?
I'm trying to grow in and out of the pool, improve as a swimmer and, of course, always improve my breaststroke, my weakest stroke, while continuing to compete in backstroke events to always improve. I want to develop good endurance capacity while increasing my speed and continue to improve in as many events as possible. I need to strengthen my strengths while also improving my weaknesses. Doing this at the same time is a real balancing act, because when you strengthen your weaknesses, you risk forgetting your strengths. So it's very important to make sure that you improve on all fronts. »
