Would the Bugatti Bolide be considered an American? What is certain is that the supercar was able to offer this customer a unique experience by having the Circuit of the Americas all to itself. And to make the experience a little more special, there was rain.
The Bugatti Bolide is sold by the Alsatian manufacturer as a tribute to the brand's history in motorsport. It is therefore logical that the car is only reserved for the track. And for the delivery of this copy to the United States, the customer offered the Circuit of the Americas. A circuit of just over 5 km based in Texas near Austin and which welcomes Formula 1 and MotoGP drivers every year.
Speed peaks of over 330 km/h
Before being able to get on board, the new owner of the Bugatti Bolide was able to personalize his copy. He therefore chose the “French Racing Blue” color with the addition of carbon parts: the bumper, the wings and the splitter. Inside, we find this same blue color with Beluga Black Alcantara. Once the Bolide arrived on the circuit, the technical teams trained the future driver. Then the supercar took to the track for the first time for two reconnaissance laps before returning to the pits for a final check. It was then that the new owner of the Bolide took to the track for 12 laps, in the rain, to achieve peak speeds of up to 333 km/h.
