Didier Auriol will participate in the Japan Rally, 30 years after his world champion title

Auriol will compete in the same special stages as the WRC drivers, but he will be entered in the Japan National Rally. the Frenchman is registered in JR-1, a category comparable to Group N (production cars), by the FIT-EASY Racing team. Didier Auriol has not been seen on a WRC rally since 2005, with a Peugeot 206.
