Accused of hitting with his garden tool

It all started with an altercation between the sixty-year-old and two sinners which are on its land. Believing that they had nothing to do about it, Wilfried allegedly attacked one of them with the garden tool he had in his hand. “False,” he retorted, I protected myself, he wanted to hit me with a fishing rod.” Finally Wilfried is accused of having threatened sinners.

War arsenal at his home

The investigation which follows the complaint against Wilfried led to a search during which a veritable arsenal of war was discovered. The man claims to be a collector, but certain weapons have not been declared.

The public prosecutor had requested 8 months suspended for the full facts.

Tuesday January 14, 2025, the deliberations were made, the violence relaxer given the benefit of the doubt, but finding him guilty of possession of weapons. He was therefore banned from possessing them for 5 years and the weapons seized were confiscated. Finally, he receives 3 months in prison suspended.
