While the presentation of the course of Giro d'Italia 2025 was initially scheduled for November 12, RCS ultimately postponed this event, without official explanation. But a new date has finally been revealed for the presentation of this 108th edition… which will therefore take place on January 13, 2025, at 6 p.m., at the Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone in Rome. Note that the route of Giro d’Italia Women will also be presented on this occasion.

The teams and riders will know the course before the fans
The new presentation date has therefore been set for January, but by then most teams will have already decided on their main objectives for the Grand Tours. Not knowing the route by then would be very detrimental, both for the runners and for the organization, which would see stars abandon their participation. But according to our colleagues at The Latest Newsthis will not happen, as teams can contact the race organization and obtain route details in order to properly plan their programs. “Fans and media will not receive this information yet, but teams can contact RCS in the coming weeks. They also know that riders cannot wait to establish their racing schedule for next season. That is why information on the route will already be communicated to the teams in broad terms. Details of the key stages are also known.explained our Belgian colleagues.
