Grouping of our Sports division at INSEP
From November 18 to 22, our Sports Management & Scientific divisions came together in preparation for the 2025 season which is fast approaching. This seminar took place in the premises of the largest French sporting institution, INSEP.
A studious week full of energy to fuel our “2025 season” project
“We carried out this session last year within the Paloise Section, a TOP 14 Rugby club and it allowed us to take a step back from our practices, and to align ourselves with a strong and ambitious project” explains Benoît GENAUZEAU .
“This year, the idea was to amplify this first highlight in order to question our model and lay the foundations for our season by taking advantage of the inspiring framework of the National Institute of Sport, Expertise and Performance, a Mecca of French Sport.
Beyond the powerful external interventions and interactions that we had the privilege of witnessing, the objectives of this week were clear, from the 2024 sports report to the definition of the objectives for next season, including the annual calendar of the different structures. . This week of work will have allowed us to align ourselves and give real impetus to our 2025 project.
I would also like to particularly thank Bertrand Daille (head of the Performance department) and his deputies Thierry Dumaine and Alexandre Guyon Des Diguères for their support and commitment to our side during this week. »
Calpe, first gathering for our runners –
From now on, the next gathering will take place with the main players of the team in Calpe in Spain, from December 7 to 19, 2024. First real highlight for our riders and our staff with the aim of carrying out a first substantial training block and share with the runners the guidelines of Team TotalEnergies.
