The Team Polti-Kometa continues to extend its runners. This Tuesday, the training ofAlberto Contador announced the one-season extension of the sprinter, Javi Serrano. After his first two seasons in the ProTeam, and having obtained several podiums and top 10 in sprints in races like those of Austria, Rwanda, Asturias or Hungary, his work in support of the sprinters has also been fundamental. Serrano signs for one more year at 23.

“JI think I have accumulated a positive balance sheet, I have taken a step forward this year and I have found my place, my strengths in the races and where I can contribute to the team's objectives. In addition, I was quite consistent in my results from the beginning to the end of the year.” declares Serrano. “The objectives are to continue to progress in the line we are following and take the step to be able to participate in the races. I want to be able to win, that's what I miss after so many good positions and to improve in each race”he adds.
