Today we played on the fact that Lindsay and Robbe, as leaders, had to watch three duos. We waited for the right moment, and it worked. The track remains special, and I will continue to dedicate myself to this discipline. This victory is a check mark, but I still have other objectives, including on the road.”
Benjamin ThomasOlympic champion, confirmed his reputation: “Winning in this legendary place means a lot. The audience and the show are the big winners. This week we were the hunters. Jules (Hesters) had a heroic team race and put a lot of pressure on the leaders. We benefited from it. We knew we had a round to use, and we fired it at the right time.”
