The 37-year-old Norwegian will hang up his bike at the end of Paris-Toursa race in which the runner of the Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale Team has surprisingly only taken part in once (47th in 2018) since turning professional in 2008. “Paris-Tours is a great event and I’m looking forward to it. It will be a special race for me this year because it will be the last of my career. I hope I can make the most of it and that it will be a great day, with a victory for the team.”declares, in a press release, the one who will be accompanied by the Belgians Stan Dewulf, Oliver Naesen, Dries De Bondt et Sander De Pestelas well as the French Damien Touzé et Baptiste Veistroffer.
