Continentale AG Insurance-Soudal NXTG, reserve of the Belgian WorldTeam of the same name, has recruited two French women who are Juniors 2 this season. These are Nina Lavenu (Chambéry CC) and Amandine Muller (VC Eckwersheim), learned DirectVelo.
This year, Nina Lavenu finished 3rd in the Plouay Grand Prix. She also placed 4th in the French Road Championship and a stage at the Bizkaikoloreak, 6th in a stage at the Circuit de Borsele, 7th in the French Time Trial Championship and a stage at the Tour de Charente-Maritime, 8th in the Classic du Val de Morteau, 9th in the Boucles Guégonnaises, 10th in the Tour of Flanders and 13th in the European Championship. The Savoyard finished 8th in the French Cyclo-cross Championship last January.
Amandine Muller – our photo – finished 2nd in the French Time Trial Championship and in the road race, 5th and 8th in stages at the Borsele Circuit (17th overall), 8th in the World Road Race Championship, 11th in the Tour of Flanders or 12th in the World Time Trial Championship. She is also a specialist in mountain biking (Champion of France) and cyclo-cross (vice-Champion of France).
