Like every season, the FDJ French Cups punctuated the French national calendar for the month of January with the Grand Prix La Marseillaise until September and Grand Prix d'Isbergues. This Thursday evening, in , the big winners of the Men's and Women's French Cups were rewarded and celebrated… and of course, Cyclism'Actu was present on site to bring you the event up close.

A look back at this 2024 season…

Winner of three events during this campaign with Paris – Camembertthe GP of Plumelec-Morbihan and the Tour of Finistère, Benoit Cosnefroy is the final big winner with 156 points on the clock… only three points more than his runner-up Paul Lapeirawho wins the youth ranking! The latter also has three successes – his memorable double Classic Atlantique / Agglo Tour and the Polynormande – but one top 15 less than his teammate at Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale. In view of the undivided domination of the two Normans throughout the year, the Savoyard team is logically crowned in the general team classification – even if the fight with Arkéa-B&B Hotels was tight to the end – and succeeds You trust on the list.

Among the women, there too the battle was close, but it was the Italian Giada Borghesi which imposed itself. With 88 points on the clock, the runner of the BTC City Ljubljana Zhiraf Ambedo beat two French women: Victoire Berteau (Cofidis, 82 points) and Jade Wheel (FDJ-SUEZ, 72 points). Bourgeois at the same time won the youth ranking. While it is the Spanish training CERATIZIT-WNT who triumphed in the team classification.
