As permitted by the regulations from the coming season (read here), N1 structures have the possibility of welcoming up to two Junior trainees from outside. The SCO Dijon-Team Materiel-velo.com will take advantage of this new possibility by welcoming Quentin Bréant (Creuse Oxygène Guéret) and Florian Fery (VTT Fun Club) during the year.
Quentin Bréant, 17 years old, finished 6th in the Montamisé Grand Prix, 9th in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Junior Championship, 10th in the Guy Epaud Challenge, 11th in the Cintegabelle Grand Prix (10th stage) and Gedimat or even 12th in the Classic Coeur de Brenne. He will meet his brother Romain in the N1 Dijon.
Florian Fery, 17, took 9th place in the Grand Est Time Trial Championship among Juniors on the road. But it is especially in cyclo-cross that he stands out. Since the start of the season in the undergrowth, he has won at Contern and Gernelle. In the Coupe de France, he finished 6th and 5th in Nommay, 2nd and 3rd in Pierric, and 4th and 3rd in Troyes. Before the final round, he held the lead in the general classification.
These two runners will be able to compete for a maximum of fifteen days during the year.
