Mathis Le Berre is a rider that we have followed from the junior ranks, and who for two seasons has brought us real satisfaction within the UCI World Tour ARKEA-B&B HOTELS structure. Mathis is still young, but he is very mature for his age. He quickly found his place within our workforce, and in particular with the most experienced runners in the collective. His voice is already heard and listened to by everyone, because when he speaks it is to bring people together and unite. He has a sense of the collective within him. Few neo-pros compete in a Grand Tour in their first season in the professional ranks, Mathis Le Berre is one of them since in 2023 he lined up at the start of the Vuelta which he completed. He competed in the Vuelta again this year under the red and black colors of ARKEA-B&B HOTELS, performing well on certain stages, which bodes well for the future. We wanted to extend Mathis, and he also wanted to continue with us. As a result of this convergence, an agreement was quickly reached between Mathis and us.
