VCU Schwenheim has registered its first three reinforcements for next year. They are Nathan Meiller (MJC Buhl), Diégo Valerio (VC Eckwersheim) and Sacha Guerard (CC Etupes), all three outgoing Juniors.
Nathan Meiller – our photo -, 17 years old, won the U19 Grand Est Championship. He also came 2nd in a stage of the Ronde du Bassin de Sioule Limagne where he finished 8th overall, 3rd in the Grand Prix d’Erstein, 5th in the Critérium de Saint-Louis-Trophée Priméo Energie, 8th in the Grand Prix des Artisans de Winterhshouse, 9th again in the Grand Prix de Val de Villé and 14th in the road race of the U19 French Championship and 21st in the time trial.
Diego Valerio, 17, finished 2nd in the Grand Est Championships, in the road race as well as in the time trial, and 3rd in the stage at the Tour of Portugal. In All Categories, he finished 4th in the GCM Grand Prix and 10th in the Lampertheim Grand Prix.
Sacha Guerard, 17, finished 11th in the Prix de la Ville d’Aubenas, with a 9th place in a stage. He also took 14th in the Tour de l’Eure and 17th in the Tour du Pays d’Olliergues.
