Platform dedicated to sporting events on public roads – Internet platform “declaration-manifestations.gouv.fr” – Sports events – Procedures

Since 1^is January 2023, any declaration or request for authorization for a sporting event in the Eure department must be transmitted electronically.

The “declaration-manifestations.gouv.fr” platform is part of an approach to simplifying the procedures for declaring and requesting authorization for sporting events by facilitating the transmission of all the documents necessary for compiling the file.
Documents filed online thus replace sporting event files initially sent by post or electronically, to the prefecture or town hall.

CREATING AN ACCOUNT FOR SPORTS EVENT ORGANIZERS (clubs, associations, town halls, festival committees, etc.)
1. You must create an account, as an organizer, directly on the home page of the site (https://declaration-manifestations.gouv.fr/), in the “Registration – Sports event organizers, register!
2. You can then submit your file online.
Your complete file must be submitted within the regulatory deadlines, depending on the nature of the event.

CREATION OF AN “AGENT” ACCOUNT FOR TOWN HALLS AS AN INSTRUCTOR AND CONSULTED SERVICE
1. You must go to the address https://declaration-manifestations.gouv.fr/inscription/agent, then complete the form to create an “Agent” account, taking care to carefully select your home service ( Town hall → your municipality).
2. You will automatically receive an email asking you to confirm that you are the owner of the declared email address.
Then click on the confirmation link. This manipulation is essential!
3. Your instance administrator will be notified by email to inform them that they must verify and validate the creation of your account.
When your account is validated, you will be notified by email. It is only from this moment that you will be able to connect to the platform.
