“Pékin Express” on M6: “Pékin Express” allowed me to travel across the screen”

Moâde is a cybersecurity engineer in a large company in Luxembourg. Originally from Pont-à-Mousson (France), the adventurer now lives on the border. Far from Africa, where the show was filmed. Very sociable and curious about everything, Moâde also trained in lyric singing at the Luxembourg Conservatory.

This is the second time that the 30-year-old engineer has submitted his application. After a few adventures, the production finally asked him to participate as a member of the pair of strangers, which he formed with Ludovic, an accountant from Pas-de-Calais.

“I imagined myself as someone very sporty.” Missed. And yet, “I was immediately reassured. He has a mind of steel and unfailing resilience.” Sharing the same values, the magic happened quickly. A complicity that caught the eye of viewers from the first episode.

His colleagues also follow his journey closely. They “made a WhatsApp group so that I could debrief in real time what was happening on TV”. He dreamed of participating in this game. “I grew up with “Pékin Express”. Coming from a very modest background, this allowed me to travel through the screen.

In case of victory, this dance lover first wants to spoil his parents. “My father is a retired worker and my mother is still a cleaner. I want to give back everything they gave me and make them proud. I didn’t do the show for the money, but for the human encounters and to learn more about myself.
