Alpe d’Huez Festival: Olivier Baroux supports his daughter Enya, their resemblance is very striking

At the start of 2025, the world of cinema has once again gathered in Isère as part of the legendary Alpe d’Huez Festival. “First major cinema event of the year, and unique major event dedicated to comedy films and its current affairs, the 28th International Comedy Film Festival of Alpe d’Huez, in Isère, will take place from Monday January 13 to Sunday January 19, 2025. For one week, Alpe d’Huez will become the capital of all kinds of comedy on big screen: family, romantic, detective comedies, but also author’s comedies, fantasy… up to dramatic comedies“, wrote the organizers on the website.

The grand closing ceremony of this event took place on Saturday January 18, 2025. That day, the various winners came to collect their respective trophies. As a reminder, the jury of the Alpe d’Huez Festival, in which we could note the presence of Izïa Higelin and Tom Leeb, was chaired by the actress Elsa Zylberstein this year. Come to present her first film as a directorEnya Baroux, saw her performers be crowned. Indeed, the prize for female interpretation was awarded ex aequo to Juliette Gasquet and Hélène Vincent for their respective performances in the feature film called It’s ira. Enya Baroux thus had the opportunity to share this success with her father, Olivier Barouxwho had traveled to Isère to support her. The people present on site also pointed out their rather striking resemblance.

Alpe d’Huez Festival: three prizes for the comedy called

As for the rest of the list, this is the film called Avignon who emerged as the big winner of this 28th edition of the Alpe d’Huez Festival. Indeed, this comedy won no less than three prizes, including the Grand Jury Prize. “I dedicate this award to all theater companies that are struggling, to all people in the profession and those who think they are not good enough to be loved“, launched its director Johan Dionnet, who also won the Coup de cœur Prize, and the Canal+ Prize for best film. The Audience Award went to the film called The answering machine. The feature film titled The rules of the art won the Special Jury Prize. The jury also awarded a Special Mention to the film Love is overrated. Finally, Benjamin Lavernhe won the Male Actor Prize for his role in The mix of genres.
