RTS Espace 2 is celebrating the anniversary of live Art from Espace Parallèle in Saint-Maurice this Friday January 17 between 7:30 p.m. and 11 p.m. Art’s Birthday is an annual international project led by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and the Ars Acustica group.
Born from the imagination of the artist Robert Filliou (1926-1987), Art’s Birthday is an international project led by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and the Ars Acustica group. Many European radio stations, all connected by satellite every January 17, take part in this celebration.
This year, RTS Espace 2 is celebrating with panache the 1,000,062nd anniversary of art live from Espace Parallèle in Saint-Maurice from 7:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. with Velvet Chords from Constellation Eustache (Lee Maddeford, Solam Riondel, Muriel Dubuis, Jean-Pascal Cottier), a unique concert by the jack-of-all-trades electronic musician Franco Mento, the performance of the Strasbourg musician Lise Barkas who revisits the tradition of the bagpipes and the festive spirit of La Revuelta (Chile, Mexico, Switzerland).
