Better known as Melanight, this reality TV candidate revealed in the sixth season of the show Le Bachelor decided toattack the audiovisual group for economic “parasitism”. The reason? Melanight victims of plagiarism?

In this same interview, Melanight admits to having presented his project called The Worst Class to a channel manager M6 et W9 : “I was told ok, the project is great“. In total, for four months, the young woman who recently spoke about her first time, worked hard on her program project intended to evaluate logic, memory, general knowledge as well as the spelling of reality TV candidates Unfortunately, the latter was not selected, as she explains: “I was told that my project was great, but that M6 did not want to tackle this theme“.

After several discussions with the audiovisual group, Mélanie Amar ultimately failed to convince M6 that The Brain was inspired by her project The Worst Class. SO, she decided to sue the group. To support his defense, the young woman called on two tall figures : the lawyer Christian Charrière-Bournazel, specialist in intellectual property, and Tom Michel, the influencers’ lawyer, as she herself announces in her Instagram story this Wednesday January 15, 2025 – screenshots above .
The latter have already confided: “The precise and structured materials submitted by Ms. Amar to M6 clearly included the idea, the title, the structure, the configuration of the program and the sequence of episodes. If Ms. Amar was unable to finalize her creative work, it was only because of its despoliation by M6, W9 and Studio 89“. In total, Melanight demands 1.3 million euros for loss of earnings, work provided and moral damage caused. To date, the audiovisual group formally contests these allegations.
