Emmanuel Bilodeau will play the new interim DSP

After the journalist Hugo Dumas from La Presse told us that the actor Jean-Philippe Perras had been selected by the production of STAT to replace Patrick Labbé as psychiatrist of Saint-Vincent, he announces to us that another well-known actor will join the hospital staff.

Indeed, while Pascal St-Cyr (Normand D’Amour) has been removed from his duties as DSP (director of professional services) by the new director of the hospital, Claude Coupal (Caroline Néron), we learn that A new character will come to take his place temporarily. It’s Emmanuel Bilodeau [photos ici] who will interpret the new interim DSP.

Let us point out that the author told us that she would not replace Virginie Ranger-Beauregard for the moment. A new social worker will certainly settle in Saint-Vincent in the future, but the identity of the actor has not yet been determined. The screenwriter also refrained from commenting on the sequel concerning the character of Steve Jolicoeur (Marc Beaupré): will he remain in the credits of the series? To be continued!

Let us point out that there are still around fifteen episodes to write for Marie-Andrée Labbé before the end of writing for the third season of the daily version of STAT. She will then have to quickly begin writing the first episodes of the annual version, which will be filmed this summer, for broadcast in the fall.

Remember that a daily news will replace STAT Monday to Thursday at 7 p.m. in September. Here’s what we were able to find out about it.
