A great wind of change is coming for fans of the medical series STAT. From next fall, the fourth season will no longer be broadcast daily. This transition marks a new stage for the show, as Fabienne Larouche and Marie-Andrée Labbé announced during a press briefing held on Thursday, January 9. Starting in fall 2025, STAT will become an annual series consisting of 24 episodes.

However, fans of daily series need not worry: a brand new drama will take over in the current time slot of STAT. This ambitious and secret project, composed of 120 episodes, will be imagined and scripted by none other than Luc Dionnethe creator of the phenomenal success District 31.
The screenwriter and ideator will work in collaboration with the talented Nadine Bismuthan author acclaimed for her work on series such as Indefensible (first season only), A family bond, Helping Béatrice et In therapy. Together, this talented duo is preparing to deliver gripping and unforgettable intrigues under themes that will be revealed later.
