INTERVIEW. Adventurer Clémence Castel returns, confidences with a host who is gaining confidence

The second season of Ma petite escapade kicks off this Sunday at 12:55 on France 3 Normandie with Clémence Castel, the former star of Koh-Lanta. The host confides and reveals the outlines of this new adventure which promises to be rich in emotions.

Clémence Castel, double winner of Koh-Lanta, returns to the screen for a new season of the discovery magazine Ma petite escapade broadcast every Sunday at 12:55 p.m. on France 3 Normandie. This second season, and it is she who says it, “promises great encounters and promises to be rich in emotions”.

The principle of the show has remained the same since its launch in January 2024. Every Sunday, she meets a Norman and puts together a sports program with walks and outdoor activities. It’s an invigorating and friendly meeting.

For this new season, Clémence asserts herself in her role as host. She wants to put more emphasis on “the beautiful personalities of the region”. These are strong testimonies that you will be able to discover over the episodes:

During filming, “I met endearing people who share beautiful values“as is the case for example of Flavie in the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel.

The shoot that struck me the most in this new season was meeting Flavie in the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. […] She is a very inspiring person because of her desires, she is very touching, very curious.

Clemence adds: “This young woman is very involved in the education of disabled children. […] And beyond this beautiful encounter, it is also the beauty of these places and the discovery of this entire ecosystem.”

The show invites you to discover unusual, improbable landscapes, right next to your home, often unknown to Normans.

Normandy is a wonderful region with diverse and varied landscapes. There is no need to go far to discover sumptuous places.

For this first new issue of the season, Clémence Castel goes to meet Christophe, in the bocage Ornais. At 50, he decided to be of service to others and to create his association Hop hop hop! He is a clown at the hospital. A commitment for which he gives a lot of energy.
