This comedy thriller is directed by Franck Dubosc who did not really know the Belgian actor. They got to know each other on the set and found several points in common, including one in particular, their relationship with money. In an interview given to our colleagues at Galaboth actors admitted to having a bit of a struggle with the money they earn.

The actor who developed a great bond with Laure Calamy on the set of Franck Dubosc’s film admitted to having a unique relationship with money. He does everything to avoid managing his finances. “I have a crazy relationship with money, I never have any on me, I can’t go into a bank and I’m lucky to have a wife who goes in my place“, he began. Benoît Poelvoorde admits to being afraid of no longer having money. “I’m afraid of missing out and I feel guilty. I always tell myself that there will be purgatory for the actors. Because we make money too fast“, he declared. However, he admitted to having incurred some expenses. “I have a house that is 280 years old. The day I spoke about Depardieushe was tagged!“, he revealed.

Franck Dubosc admits to being “pire” that Benoît Poelvoorde concerning money

Benoît Poelvoorde’s confidences did not surprise Franck Dubosc who also has a rather particular relationship with money, because he is afraid of spending too much and of not leaving enough for his children for their future. “I’m worse! Every time I buy a sweater, I tell myself that it’s one less thing for my children. I’m afraid they’re missing in a world that’s very complicated. I care about what’s next“, he assured. Ultimately, if Benoît Poelvoorde and Franck Dubosc discovered each other and appreciate each other so much, it is perhaps because they have the same philosophy of life, especially regarding money.
