The 1,005 people surveyed largely distinguished the swimmer – four-time Olympic champion and relay bronze medalist – among the men (44%). Far ahead of Antoine Dupont (12%), who lost one place compared to last year despite his title in rugby 7s, and Teddy Riner (12%), already ranked third in 2023. Kylian Mbappé, Dupont's runner-up a year ago fell to 5th place, showing the strong position of Olympic athletes this year. Thanks to his epic table tennis career, Félix Lebrun is fourth. Finally, Alexis Hanquinquant, crowned Olympic champion for the second time this year in Paris, is 6th and the first para-athlete in the ranking.
