On November 29, still on Instagram, he said more about the circumstances of his injury. “One morning, while we were going for a walk, without even doing anything, I felt immense pain in my ankle. I went to the hospital and that’s where I was diagnosed“, he began.

I see my physiotherapist more than my parents

And to continue: “What followed were months of hardship, plaster casts, crutches, compulsory immobilization for several months at the risk of further aggravating the injury.“At this point in his recovery, Chris Marques was seeing his physical therapist regularly.”My foot is finally starting to feel a little better, even if it’s still difficult… and I see my physiotherapist more than my parents“, he joked.
