Two television shows from the M6 group will soon make a stopover in Gard.
We no longer need to present the starred chef Philippe Etchebest whose punchlines are as sharp as the stars of his Michelin guide restaurants shine. Since 2011, the chef from Soissons has taken charge of the French adaptation of an English program, Cauchemar en cuisine, where he tries to help restaurateurs overwhelmed by the situation.
Restaurateurs in need sought
This year again, the television cameras will return to the roads of France and should make a stopover in Gard soon. Until then, establishment owners who would like to obtain the valuable help and expertise of Philippe Etchebest can contact the show’s production teams, by email at [email protected] or by telephone at 06 70 17 35 14.
Everyone in the kitchen!
More joyful, the show Tous en cuisine: festive menus with Cyril Lignac will stop on Monday December 23 in Gard. The “Miam miam” truck of the Aveyron chef’s faithful acolyte, Jérôme Anthony, will first be in Uzès to cook scallop skewers, cauliflower cream and a puff pastry pear, chocolate sauce, all simultaneously with host Julien Courbet and his daughter Lola.
The next day, on Christmas Eve, Jérôme Anthony will stop at Saint-Quentin-de-la-Poterie, to offer confit salmon, leeks, verjuice sauce and, for dessert, a stracciatella and chestnut log , under the watchful eye of illusionist Gus.
