Céline Saffré, revealed in Large families: life in XXLshares her daily life with her ten children on Instagram, where she is followed by more than 62,600 subscribers. However, this visibility on social networks has earned him recurring criticism. She was attacked on subjects such as the family allowances she receives, the physical characteristics of her son Augustin, or even her choice not to give Christmas presents to her children. On November 13, Céline expressed her anger in an Instagram story, denouncing the harassment of which she is a victim, in particular from an Internet user who regularly attacks her. “At what point do you pick up your phone at 7 a.m. to attack someone you don't know personally? People are crazy! What world do we live in?” she asked herself. Refusing to tolerate this behavior, she announced that she would directly block the harassers.
Céline Saffré (Large families) no longer gives Christmas gifts to her 10 children
Céline and Fabrice Saffré have chosen not to give Christmas gifts to their children for the second year in a row. Instead, they are planning a big family trip to Morocco, to Agadir, during the end-of-year holidays. During a question-and-answer session on Instagram, Céline revealed the substantial budget for this trip: around 10,000 euros. This choice to favor experiences over material gifts has sparked varied reactions among Internet users. This Monday, November 26, the mother then returns to the subject: “For Christmas gifts, many of you know that it's been two years since we stopped making toy Christmas gifts for children. We opted for trips and stays in amusement parks. We have plenty of toys at home! The boxes are overflowing and there are very few things they play with on a daily basis“.
Céline Saffré (Large families) : “I am very against two wheels”
In a completely different register, Céline Saffré recently explained the complications encountered in obtaining a car without a license for her son Paul, a gift for his 14th birthday. After delays and issues with the initial dealership, including the unavailability of the chosen color, Céline and her husband decided to order a vehicle from another brand, hoping for faster delivery. Also, Céline explained why she categorically refuses to offer a scooter to her son Jean: “I am very against two wheels. Everyone does what they want, but with us, that's out of the question. He tells me that I dramatize everything. So, I explain to him that if there is a motorcycle accident, I only fear that they will stay there. […] In short, for me, it’s out of the question.” Jean will have to do without a scooter, but he could, in the future, receive a car without a license like his brother!
