Kanye West is facing sexual assault allegations again. According to Rolling StoneJenn An, model and former reality TV show participant, America’s Next Top Modelfiled a complaint on Friday against the artist, accusing him of having sexually assaulted and strangled her on the set of a Music video in 2010.
In the complaint, we learn that we are not talking about a clip for Kanye West, but for La Roux and the song “In For The Kill”. The video was allegedly filmed in a suite at the Chelsea Hotel in Manhattan on September 7, 2010. Jenn An claims Kanye West said “Give me the Asian girl”choosing her to be one of the models for the music video. She would have answered “I don’t wear much” talking about her outfit. Kanye would have said in turn “that’s why I chose you”.
The artist allegedly began filming before strangling Jenn An with both hands, then shoving several fingers down her throat and smearing her makeup with saliva. This alleged simulation of “forced oral sex” went on for over a minute before Ye shouted: “It’s art. It's fucking art. I’m like Picasso.”
According to her words, Jenn An “felt like she had temporarily passed out” and had difficulty breathing, while his “face was covered in saliva and makeup” after the end of the session. The lawsuit also cites Interscope and Universal Music Group for allegedly allowing Kanye West to “gagging the complainant on the set of a video clip, without consequence”.
