Jenn An, a former participant in the show “America's Next Top Model”, accuses Kanye West of having assaulted her during the filming of a Music video in 2010. She claims that the rapper strangled her and stuck his fingers in throat as he shouted, “It’s art…I’m like Picasso.”
Kanye West is once again being talked about in very uncomplimentary terms and the new testimony against him sends chills down the spine. Jenn An, a former contestant on America's Next Top Model, accused the rapper of strangling her and shoving his fingers down her throat while he shouted, “This is art.” .. I'm like Picasso” during the filming of a music video in 2010.
In a complaint filed in New York federal court on Friday, November 22, the model explained that the 47-year-old rapper staged “his own production” by asking a film crew to film him strangling her. The complaint, the terms of which are notably relayed by Rolling Stone, Page Six and TheWrap, indicates that Jenn An worked as a silhouette for the video for the remix of “In for The Kill” by La Roux featuring Kanye West at the Chelsea hotel in New York in September 2010 and was only wearing “lingerie” when Kanye West pointed her out to the crew and said, “Give me the Asian girl.”
Jenn An said she responded to Kanye West: “I don't wear a lot of clothes.” The latter would have retorted: “That’s why I chose you.” She says the rapper then asked the other actors to leave the room.
“I’m like the Picasso of fucking”
The model claimed Kanye West was 'breathing heavily' when he asked the camera crew to take a close-up of his face and began to 'imitate' a 'forced oral sex' scene with his hand on her. Facing the camera, Kanye West then allegedly began to strangle the complainant before “pushing several fingers down her throat, pushing them in and out continuously”, then “gagged” her for more than a minute.
The young woman claimed that the rapper shouted: “It’s art. It's the art of fucking. I’m like Picasso,” as he strangled her, “in a way similar to BDSM porn gagging.” “The plaintiff had difficulty breathing and felt like she had temporarily passed out,” the complaint states.
People clarified that Universal Music Group (UMG) is also named as a co-defendant in the case, as Jenn An accused the company of “failing to investigate” the incident.
