Last night the GQ MOTY ceremony took place. MOTY means Men Of The Year, this is the edition of the magazine which aims to highlight the personalities who marked the year. It can be men or women. For example, Adèle Exarchopoulos received an award and appeared on the cover of the magazine. During this evening, there was a red carpet which had to follow a theme. This one was “Modern Red Carpet.” Thus, many personalities, the majority of whom are men, have created outfits that modernize red carpet outfits. Leïla Bekhti also followed the theme in a very inspiring outfit.
Leila Bekhti is sublime in a revisited suit
For the occasion the actress chose an outfit from Ami by Alexandre Mattiussi. The creator himself was also present at the ceremony. For the theme, the star wanted to revisit the suit. This is a well thought out idea, as Leila Bekhti very often wears suits during ceremonies. For the occasion, she plays on proportions. In fact, she opts for an oversized jacket and a skirt (or a short skirt). The play on volume means that the jacket falls almost to the same length as the mini-skirt. To finish this outfit, Leïla Bekhti knows how to accessorize clothes for her 60 meter height. In fact, she opts for pumps with pointed toes which elongate her silhouette. Heels and pointed toes still remain the key assets for lengthening the legs. Additionally, the actress chooses to roll up the jacket. This helps to air out the silhouette and not make it look too big; it proves to us that she knows how to wear an oversized jacket brilliantly.
