In her Chanel skirt suit, Charlotte Casiraghi looks great. Surrounded by her loved ones, she holds in her hands the box which contains the new distinction that her mother, Princess Caroline of Hanover, has just awarded her. This November 18, the flagship ambassador of the house on rue Cambon was elevated to the rank of knight of the Order of Cultural Merit, in her capacity as president of the Philosophical Meetings of Monaco. The latter, “created in 2015, are dedicated to the organization of conferences, debates, seminars, as well as literary prizes which aim to celebrate and promote philosophical thought”, explains the princely palace.
By co-creating this unmissable event for philosophy enthusiasts, Charlotte aspired to promote the discipline, even among neophytes, during conferences but also in schools and high schools. “With this project, I wanted to show that no one is foreign to philosophy. Because after all, each of us is crossed by existential questions”, confided the guest of Laurent Delahousse in his show 8:30 p.m. Sunday from October 1, 2023.
For her consecration in the heart of the Salon Bleu of the princely palace, she was able to count on the support of all those close to her. Starting with his uncle, Prince Albert II of Monaco, who proudly poses at his side, his brothers, Andrea and Pierre Casiraghi accompanied by their respective wives Tatiana and Beatrice, as well as his half-sister, Princess Alexandra of Hanover. A lovely family reunion that testifies to the love that unites them. Enough to give food for thought.
