Together since 2010, Philippe Katherine and Julie Depardieu have two children: Billy, born in 2011, Alfred, born in 2012. And they are apparently the first to be challenged by their father's nudity. In any case, this is what the 55-year-old singer told in the Fenêtre sur corps podcast, from L'Équipe.
“I have children aged 12 and 13, and now there is no longer any question of getting naked at home,”
he began by delivering. And for good reason, if this happens, his offspring shouts disgust at him. Philippe Katherine quoted these words “not easy to integrate” : “Ah, but what a horror, it’s disgusting! »
“Walking around the house naked”: a behavior he must give up
If these remarks upset the artist a bit, they at least had the merit of making him stop showing off. “Now I no longer walk around the house naked”he said, disgusted. This duty to get dressed actually gives him a feeling of « frustration ». Frustration which had the merit of partly inspiring his song Noteven if he concedes that basically, “we don’t know the reasons why we compose a piece. »
“But I think that’s part of this domestic frustration that I’m talking to you about.” he still affirmed. Since it was his theme, Philippe Katherine also spoke about his relationship with his body in the interview. A report that has now calmed down. It is at the age of « 12, 13 ans », that the actor from Le Grand Bain had started to expose himself to the gaze of others, in the boys' locker rooms. Even if, at the time, it was not comfortable, he admits today that this experience was a key step in his construction.
