The countdown has begun for the 73rd edition of the Miss Universe competition, and the French are all behind the one who represents France: Indira Ampiot. The Guadeloupean, who was elected Miss France in 2023, flew to Mexico at the beginning of November. “I feel good. I'm fine. I'm not too stressed”the 20-year-old young woman confided to our colleagues at Voici, a few days ago.
This Thursday, November 14, she paraded for the first time as part of this very special competition. Until then, the secret about his national costume remained. But his fans were not disappointed – quite the contrary in fact – when they discovered it.
“For this costume, I wanted to bring together the symbols of France. Thursday, November 14, the young Miss paraded during the Miss Universe Preliminary Show. Under the attentive gaze of the judges, Indira Ampiot strolled first in an evening dress, then in a swimsuit before donning her national costume. Unfortunately, right in the middle of the podium, the representative of France tripped over the train of her dress and caught herself in the extremes. “His reaction is perfect”underline Internet users when they see her wearing a big smile after this little hiccup.
