If Indira Ampiot's preparation includes catwalk classes, sports and nutritional coaching, she must also work on your mind. “Iris Mittenaere gave me a lot of advice, Clémence Bottino, Amandine Petit but also Flora Coquerel… They helped me to be calmer and more serene”. A state of mind that allows her to remain as natural as possible and not create a character: “At Miss Universe, you don't have to prove anything, you have to show that you're already there!”

His watchword on the day of the competition? “The best advice I received was to make the most of it. It is a chance to be able to participate in this election, and I am very proud to represent my country. I plan to enjoy it, have fun and stay natural”.

Indira Ampiot tells us that she worked a lot to prepare for the competition, by taking catwalk lessons with Ritchy Cobral, but also by taking advantage of a six-month stay in London to perfect her English. The young woman also intends to take advantage of the experience acquired during her Miss France year, which allowed her toimprove your public speaking : “During Miss France, we speak on stage, we parade and we dance, we are used to this audience and the stage.”

Her main asset for Miss Universe? “I am quite courageous, I try not to set limits for myself” tells us Indira Ampiot. “These days there have been a lot of things to deal with, serious things nonetheless, it wasn't easy. I have no choice and I don't want to worry about these things, I'm going all out and I'm concentrating fully on the election”.
