Pharrell Williams makes a remarkable entry into the luxury Parisian hotel industry

The creative director of the men’s collections at Louis Vuitton will breathe new life into a historic hotel in the 1st arrondissement, facing the Tuileries. A project that combines heritage and a modern vision of luxury.

Nothing seems to slow down Pharrell Williams’ creative momentum. After conquering fashion, the producer and designer takes a new step by teaming up with Mohari Hospitality and Omnam Investment Group to breathe new life into one of the hidden treasures of the 1st arrondissement of : the former Hôtel Saint-James & Albany , designed in 1751 by the architect Michel Tannevot. Between rue de Rivoli and the Tuileries gardens, this place steeped in history is about to undergo an exceptional metamorphosis.

Founded in 2017 by Mark Scheinberg, Mohari Hospitality has established itself in the world of luxury hotels by investing in exceptional destinations, from Europe to Latin America. With Omnam, led by David Zisser, they share the same vision: that of combining heritage and modernity, preserving the soul of the place while offering an immersive and unique experience. The imprint of these two actors is visible throughout the world, from the Four Seasons Madrid to the Andaz Papagayo, including the Baccarat Hotel in Florence.
