The actor reflects on the deaths of his mother and older brother

Samy Naceri spoke with emotion about his past, evoking the central place that his mother held in his life. The family’s favorite until the arrival of his little sister, he explains that his mother had a lot of expectations, especially after his Palme d’Or for Indigènes in 2006. However, instead of making her proud, she had to put up with her mistakes, just like the rest of her family, who always supported her, even in the most difficult times.
