This Monday, October 14, the criminal court sentenced Cyrille Eldin to six months in prison for psychological violence against his ex-partner, Sandrine Calvayrac. The host, former presenter of “Petit Journal” on Canal+, was also found guilty of unauthorized possession of a weapon and use of drugs. However, he was acquitted of death threats charges. In parallel with the criminal proceedings, Cyrille Eldin appealed against a civil decision granting him visiting rights to his son every other weekend.

“I have taken everything you can in a toxic and unhealthy relationship”

During the trial, the 51-year-old journalist and actor denied the accusations of violence, only recognizing reciprocal insults.
