“Be careful!”, his warning before a major event for Jean-Paul Belmondo

On September 6, 2021, Jean-Paul Belmondo died at the age of 88. An immense loss for French cinema which then wanted to pay tribute to him in a national tribute. For his son, Paul Belmondo, in the midst of turmoil with his ex-wife, Luana, time does not make his grief disappear. But it seems that an organized event in memory of his father does not pass for the father of Victor Belmondo. “In Prague, a tribute concert to Belmondo is organized. “If you pass through Prague, don’t miss the concert in tribute to Belmondo, at the Smetana Hall. Paul Belmondo then took to his networks to denounce this spectacle: “This concert is organized without the agreement of the family by exploiting the Belmondo name. My father during his lifetime always refused this type of demonstration and these people are exploiting his image despite our disagreement!”. The son of the great actor outbid by writing: “Be careful without the agreement of the Belmondo family”. Out of the question for Paul Belmondo to promote this type of event which he therefore did not authorize. In addition, at the moment, Jean-Paul Belmondo’s son has other concerns.
