The actor Artus, famous for his latest successful film A little something extrarecently spoke at the first Conference on the metro accessible to all, which was held on October 10 in Saint-Ouen.

Artus does not intend to abandon this project

Invited by Valérie Pécresse, president of Île-de-France Mobilités, Artus expressed his wish that the question of transport accessibility in common for people with disabilities is finally taken into account. “ must be accessible to everyone“, he told RTL. With the metro for all project, Artus once again proves its commitment to advancing the cause of disability. Before that, Artus had also invested in the creation of inclusive holiday centers for people with disabilities. During his recent meeting in the Senate, he shared his vision of mixing young able-bodied people and young people with disabilities, in order to promote inclusion and normalize exchanges between these two groups. Its objective is to create suitable vacation spots, combining comfort and accessibility, while removing the stigmatizing image often associated with medical structures.

At the same time, the committed artist married to Sarah Nasrallah continues to take the stage with a new one-man show at the Édouard VII theater, in which he tackles themes linked to disability without taboo. Until December 31, he presents a show that combines humor and awareness. He will begin a national tour in January.
