Charlotte, George and Louis “always arguing about…”: Prince William’s outpouring on a conflict that all parents know

Prince William has just made a new confidence about his children, this Wednesday, October 9, when he recently spoke of the incredible courage of his eldest George. Today, he spoke again about the latter, but also about his brothers and sisters, Charlotte and Louis. All together they are “still fighting over the remote” (remarks reported by the DailyMail), he said, a problem that concerns many parents in today’s society.

An anecdote that he delivered during an event organized jointly by BAFTA and the Royal African Society, in order to support young people in the cinema, television and video games sectors. He was not accompanied by the mother of his children, Kate Middleton, who nevertheless made a new public appearance recently, the first since the announcement of the end of his chemotherapy.

Prince William and Kate Middleton very present for their children

Let us also remember that this year 2024 will have been difficult for George, Charlotte and Louis, precisely because of the state of health of their famous mother, who has been suffering from cancer for many months already. With the help of Prince William, the Princess of Wales aims to continue to lead as normal an existence as possible, despite his illness, so as not to disrupt their offspring, who already have to learn every day to live as a member of British royalty.

It is for this reason that the royal couple decided to establish very precise rules concerning their children, as explained by theroyal expert Rebecca English at l’Express UK : “Public appearances by young people are made solely on their terms, largely without prior announcement, if and when the children feel comfortable.” They also make sure that at least one of them is available to drop them off at school, and that they are both present for their extracurricular activities, such as football matches, cricket matches , or even my dance shows. We therefore see here their intention to remain very present for them, so as not to rush them too much.
