While Taylor Swift publicly supported Democratic candidate Kamala Harris earlier this week in an Instagram post that has already been liked over 10 million times, Sabrina Carpenter’s performance could be a form of political coming out on the singer’s part. Either way, whether she intended it or not, she has become the ally the transgender community needed, and it’s beautiful.
