By wanting to “bring a little bit of Sarthe closer to the Eiffel Tower”, Rémi Cormier had a good idea: the initiative highlights artisanal and local know-how.
I never imagined that La Flèche rillettes could arouse such enthusiasm! I realize that many imitate them, but no one equals them!
The thirty-year-old may have sowed the seeds of a future report dedicated to Sarthois gastronomy. A subject that would have its place in a news program giving pride of place to the region.
