Star couple of the show Large families: life in XXLRahouda and Stéphane Jean-Zéphirin were, this Monday October 7, 2024, guests of Faustine Bollaert on the set of It starts today.
During this interview, the two lovebirds had the opportunity to present their big tribe. Proud parents of 10 children, they shared the first names of their little treasures: Maël, Deynis, Timéo, Emma, Lyla-Rose, Maloé, Rubenn, Léandre, Romane and Jules.
“We always said we were going to have lots of children”
Together since the age of 15, Rahouda and Stéphane, themselves from large families, have always dreamed of being one of their own.
“We always said we were going to have lots of children“, they revealed before specifying: “We said 10 all the time“.
Although they kept their commitment, those around Rahouda and Stéphane Jean-Zéphirin doubted their promises for a long time. Friends and family often questioned the couple’s ability to manage such a large family.
“People were skeptical“, they said. “They didn’t believe it. They said to themselves: ‘They’re not even going to stay together’ At 15, when we say that, obviously no one takes us seriously.”
Nine years pregnant
Years later, the couple finally achieved their goal. And this did not fail to surprise the host! “In fact, have you been pregnant your whole life?“, she dared to ask with a smile. To which the mother replied in the affirmative, revealing that she had been pregnant for 9 yearsa period of her life that she didn’t really appreciate.
“For me, pregnancy is very difficult. I don’t like being pregnant at allbut when there is the baby… If they could give it to me ready-made, I think I would have 20“, concluded Rahouda who never questioned future motherhood.
