Gims dethroned after three months at the top, discover the new number one!

The best things come to an end. After three months of reign, Gims was dethroned from the top of the Top Singles. But by whom? SDM! The rapper phenomenon is a hit with his new album “A la vie à la mort”, second in sales behind Mylène Farmerbut number one in the world on Spotify ahead Lady Gaga thanks to a huge streaming score. Thus, his title “Pour elle”, on which he samples a hit of Sheryfa Lunatakes first place in the ranking this week with 6.13 million streams recorded. That is to say the best start of the year, but not the best score: Pierre Garnier and Carbonne achieved respectively up to 7.8 and 6.2 million plays for “Ceux qu’on suis” and “Imagine” in the weeks following their releases. A result which still allows SDM to dislodge Gims, now silver medalist with “Don’t be shy” and its 4.62 million readings on the counters (-7%). SDM (again!) takes third place on the podium with “Toka”, his duet with Hamza, acclaimed 4.06 million times and climbing 24 steps (+116%). He is also fourth with “Metallica” in feat with Werenoi (4 million units) and fifth with “Cartier Santos”, listened to 3.69 million times.

SDM squats the ranking, Linkin Park explodes!

Sixth and down four places, Tiakola resists with “Manon B”, which generates 3.56 million clicks (-27%). For his part, Leslie thrills 675,000 nostalgic fans with his new single “Dans les veins”, while Slimane’s peaceful appeal on “Résister (What About Peace?)”, number 165, is received by 615,000 listeners.
