In a question-and-answer session on her Instagram account, Laura-Marie revealed that participating in Miss France was not a childhood dream, but that she had developed this desire over time: “It was not a childhood dream, but it has become a dream of a young woman who wants to surpass herself.” Today, it is with ambition and passion that she prepares for the election of Miss France 2025.

A week before the election, Laura-Marie Marque Brugerolle expressed her determination on her Instagram account: “Over the past 7 months, I have invested and prepared with determination for this moment. I am ready to give the best of myself.” Without forgetting to thank the people who supported her, she wrote: “A big thank you to all of you for your support throughout this adventure.” The young Miss wishes to maintain “authenticity and simplicity (…) throughout this journey”. She finally triumphed among 16 candidates during this gala evening, succeeding Lola Turpin, Miss Aquitaine 2023. Her runners-up were also designated: Argentine Avril who was named 1st runner-up, followed by Ève Duprat, Laurent Darina, and Julie Vicente.
