a hit for the tribute broadcast of the film “Les bronzés” on TF1

Despite the fact that Michel Blanc regretted the fact that we only talked to him about Jean-Claude Dusse in “Les bronzés”, a film which caused him to be excluded from auteur cinema for a long time. TF1 paid a popular tribute with this role which marked the memories of many generations to pay tribute to the actor who died at the age of 72 following an anaphylactic shock.

TF1 hit the nail on the head in offering the film, crushing competition from the French public service.

Patrice Leconte’s film attracted 5.8 million viewers, or 31% of the French public watching television, according to Médiamétrie. Last week, “La Ch’tite Famille” by Dany Boon brought together 4.45 million people, or 25.2% audience share. The last time that “Les Bronzés” was programmed on TF 1 was in July 2023, 3.3 million aficionados attended.

People without a shadow of a doubt wanted to see this recognizable face again and pay homage to Michel Blanc in their own way.
