While the election of Miss France 2025 will not be broadcast before December 2024 on TF1, the identity of a new candidate has been revealed. It is a young woman named Charlie Bénard , who was elected Miss Poitou-Charentes.

The Miss France 2025 ceremony will take place at Futuroscope in December 2024. Like every year since 1996, this election will be broadcast live on TF1. Unsurprisingly, the iconic Jean-Pierre Foucault should still be at the helm of the program. As a reminder, the Miss France 2025 ceremony will be the second since the disappearance of Geneviève de Fontenay. Indeed, the former historic boss of the Miss died at the age of 90 on Wednesday August 2, 2023.
While the Miss France 2025 ceremony will not take place for two months, regional elections are currently taking place across the four corners of France. Friday October 4, 2024, no less than 12 candidates competed to win the sash of Miss Poitou-Charentes 2024. In the end, it was a young woman named Charlie Bénard who was elected.
Miss France 2025: Charlie Bénard will represent Poitou-Charentes during the ceremony
Aged 27, the new Miss Poitou-Charentes measures 1.70 meters. Originally from Angoulême, Charlie Bénard is
currently intern in general medicine. Studies that Marine Ltemporel was also following when she was elected Miss France in 2013. The former beauty queen has since completed her internship and works as a doctor.
“Why not try to follow in his footsteps?“, launched Charlie Bénard after his election. The young woman had previously declared “ready and determined for this regional crown“. Following her coronation, she will therefore represent the Poitou-Charentes region during the election of Miss France 2025. At the end of this ceremony, her “little girl’s dream“could turn into”dream of a young woman“.

Before winning the sash of Miss Poitou-Charentes 2024, Charlie Bénard had been elected Miss Charentes 2024 a few months earlier. Following this first coronation, she published a message on her Instagram account. “Thank you to everyone who helped me closely in the room or from afar by text message to reach that first crown“, she first wrote.
“Thanks to your votes, I came first in the SMS votes, a very important step since it allowed me to be directly part of the finalists eligible by the jury! I am also very happy to have managed to convince the public and the jury,
