“The Agency – Luxury real estate for the family” on TMC – Actor Fabrice Luchini confirms the rumors of phony: “I visited my own house and I pretended not to know the Kretzes!”

It is one of TMC’s flagship shows, “L’agence” which follows the adventures of the Kretz family: Majo (the grandmother), Sandrine and Olivier (the parents) and Martin, Valentin, Louis and Raphaël (the four children), a family of luxury real estate agents, both in their professional and personal lives.

But for several months rumors of “bogus” have been circulating concerning the program, without anyone being able to prove anything or knowing whether they are true or not. But this time, one of the candidates in the program reveals that his entire sequence was faked. And this person is not just anyone, because it is Fabrice Luchini.

In 2020, Fabrice Luchini was in fact one of the first personalities to participate in L’Agence, on TMC. But in reality everything was false, because the property presented in the sequence… already belonged to him and the agents and the actor already knew each other, even though they pretended to meet for the first time.

In an interview with TV Mag, Fabrice Luchini confided: “Out of kindness, as they found me these offices, which I love, in my working-class neighborhood, I agreed to come and act as if I didn’t know them for their show. I played the client even though I had already bought the offices. It’s a great job as an actor!”

Already last April, the magazine Voici had denounced several “bogus” and inconsistencies in the series. According to information from Here, the Kretz family would call on “acquaintances to play false sellers or false buyers”. Still according to our colleagues, a supposed client, who was in fact a friend of the tribe, visited her own house for the series. She would have made people believe that she wanted to buy it when she was already the owner, like what Fabrice Luchini reveals today.

But that’s not all, because in reality, even the prices announced would be bogus! In the show, they talk about villas for 10 or 15 million because it makes you dream, but the reality of the market is far from that,” explained an agent in the industry to Here. “Once the cameras are turned off, the The price is divided by two or three, and often the sale is not even concluded.”
